Roles and Responsibilities
We are handling datapower and API connect(UAT and PROD) servers
Giving support to customers if any issues
Need to check mails for any support
Performing production activities at night time
Servers can be handled by the VM management team.We have to check the health of servers on a daily basis.
Need to join WebEx to resolve the issues as per customers
Need to ONBOARD API's and Customers and give subscription to them as per the tickets
Need to take restart on weekly basis
Need to join the status call on weekly basis
Need to communicate with all backend system for connectivity
Need to join incident calls if any production impact
